The Fight Like A Girl Club

I stumbled upon the Fight Like A Girl Club while doing breast cancer research. I wanted to see all the different organizations out there and get a feel for what they stand for. This one grabed my attention with their amazing eye catching web page.

I read their Fight Like A Girl Club Power Pledge and I was automatically in! It was very easy to join. Just pledged to myself to fight, stand strong, share my experience, not feel guilty if I don't always have a great day of emotions, and to remember not to dwell on them. This club is for any women who is fighting against any health adversary that has forced itself into her life.

By joining the club, I received a Welcome to the Club membership kit in the mail.  It included a welcome letter, a Power Pledge card to sign and carry in my wallet, 2 "I Claim My Power" stickers, 4 "I Claim My Power" sticky notes for daily reminders (post to your bathroom mirror, the corner of your computer screen, anywhere...), A "Member of..." car decal, and a refrigerator magnet.

The site has a place where you can share your story with others. I believe the more we share, the more informed others will be. If you have conquered something significant, then don't go unheard. Your story could save someone's life!
