One of my very dear friends bought a camera and just loves taking pictures for fun. Her wonderful eye of this world shines through her lens. She is now being requested for family photo-shoots, senior pictures, church events, and even weddings.
Her charismatic personality is what makes her a good photographer. She puts you at ease and makes you feel like it's just something fun to do.
She took pictures of me just days after my 1st surgery, so Tuesday's surgery (the 13th) was no different. She graciously took more just one day after surgery.
Yes I was and am sore and uncomfortable. But Lauren makes me smile and have a good time, despite what I am or have been going through. I wanted to give her a shout out and show off her work.
Please visit le photography on Facebook and like her page. You will see lots of great photos there and you won't be sorry you visited.
The shirt is provided by the Susan G. Komen foundation. These are the shirts survivors wear for the Race for a Cure. I received my shirt and loved how it looked. But since I was named Honorary Team New Balance Member of 2011, I will be dressed head to toe in New Balance courtesy of NB. So for race day I will not be wearing this shirt. But want to say congratulations to those women who do. You have all been strong and courageous and you earned that shirt!
