Figuring out the proper moves on yoga isn't always easy. This can be a common problem when watching a DVD workout. When your head is down, how do you see the TV to know you are doing the position properly? It's always recommended you watch the entire video before starting. Pay attention to how moves are done and then make the decision if the video will work for your fitness goals. Another option is to read up on which ever workout program you chose and get to know names and proper form to the exercises.
