Merry Christmas Eve: I want to take a moment to thank all my readers for this amazing year. I can't believe you are all out there reading what I have to say. I thank you for being loyal readers and leaving the comments you do. I love to hear from you.
I am very proud to say there are over 600 of you who receive YHH updates through email, 115 of you following through Blogger, and over 21,000 hits/visitors. I can't wait to watch YHH continue to grow.
You are all an encouragement to me to keep going, test products, and find answers. I have lots of plans and goals for 2010 and I hope you continue to take this ride of health and fitness with me.
