Journals are a great idea for someone keeping track of their fitness journey or thoughts and emotions in general. Journaling keeps you on track with fitness goals, counting calories, workouts, and can relieve stress as you write out your thoughts for the day. Rogue Journals are still some of my favorite journals out there. Each individually hand crafted. You just can't find quality like this anywhere else. I have this one shown in brown and when it's full I will be getting it in black. It's small enough to toss in your purse and has traveled with me everywhere.
