I have decided to try and start a new format. You will receive each week: Video of the Week; Inspiration For Your Week; Fun Facts; Books and DVD Reviews; Recipes; and a Workout Routine of the Week. 
When giveaways are done they will be linked with one of these new articles coming your way. The name of the winner for the YHH giveaway will be listed in the next days post.
