This is so easy, even I can do it.
Two cans of shredded Turkey
One honey crisp red apple - medium
Two celery sticks, chopped to little bite size squares
1/2 cups of chopped almonds, walnuts, and/or cashews
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup red grapes - chopped in half
2 cups of Greek Yogurt until blended or desired thickness
*You can put this on bread for a sandwich and add romaine lettuce
*Fill turkey salad into a whole wheat flat bread with romaine lettuce and sprinkle with low fat cheese
*You can also pack on crackers for an appetizer
*Or on a bed of mixed greens for a salad topper
