Hitting your goal weight is an amazing feeling. I finally hit mine this past week. Being at a plateau for almost three months, I was frustrated with the same scale weight. Although I don't recommend getting on the scale over and over. It's something to look at periodically. What really matters is what you see in the mirror. The best way to work the scale if you want an accurate reading (don't obsess over this though) is to get on the scale everyday, same time, preferably in the evening, and take an average for the week. Each day, you can fluctuate by several pounds depending on water retention, bathroom habits, and sodium intake. So don't get crazy with this. Just take it with a grain of salt, or a low sodium spice.I found through my trip to Phat Camp, I really needed a kick start in my routine. Something so different to muscle confuse and to get my bodies hormones jump started. That it did. After a few weeks back from camp, I thought for sure I would put those two pounds back on, and to my surprise, I dropped another 2. So I can honestly say, I am right were I want to be. Now the tricky part, putting pounds back on that are all muscle. (Always reach a goal and immediately set another one.)

I have lost 30 lbs already..doing rev abs from beachbody..and now have a personal trainer and a boxing trainer. I box 2x a week and want to get strong arms, as well as lose about 5-10 more lbs for a wedding in NOV!!

I've given myself mini-goals -- It's easier for me to work toward a 10-lb weight loss than look at the 30 I want to lose. I've been biking to work for several months, and my goal now is to add an extra mile of biking a day.
I have a list of goals that I keep posted so I can see them often. As a goal is met, I cross them off. I am a very visual person and seeing this really seems to help.
1. Wear a size 12. ( Then I'll move on to a smaller size!)
2. To see light between my thighs!!
3. To lose my belly jiggle.
4. To be a toned, fit, healthy Mom & Wife. (I have never been those things before!)
I will accomplish this by eating clean, doing my Phat Camp work out at least 3 times a week, doing cardio at least 3 times a week, and making sure I make time for me!
