Craving something so yummy it can't possibly be healthy?

How can you get good calories, vitamins, and protein, and make it taste good? Chocolate and vanilla protein powders can be a very good source of all of these with just water or milk and ice.

I highly recommend using Whey Sensible by PGN Nutrition. Purchase from http://www.pgnnutrition.com/shop/125, which is the YHH affiliate site!

Here's a few great tasting shakes if you are tired of just chocolate and vanilla. Be creative. Eating healthy can still be fun......
