It seems the more we workout and spend time in the gym the more your skin needs hydration. Wearing weightlifting gloves can help prevent nasty callouses but being in tennis shoes for hours at a time can be killer on your feet. After sweating, showering, and of course tanning, your skin can dry out quickly. Drinking lots of water will help your skin from the inside out. I am also a firm believer in being as organic as possible. Your skin is the largest organ of your body. What we put on our skin absorbs to our blood stream and will effect your metabolism. I was given the following lotions to try out: Jojoba, Lavender (my favorite), Goat Milk, Rosehip and Hibiscus, and Herbal body lotion. These are all fabulous. I always test lotions on my tattoos, as this is the best way to tell if a lotion is getting through to more than the top layer of my skin.

I was so surprised at what my tattoos looked like after one small application of lotion. They were clear and vibrant. Heavenly Skin Care lotions are made up of a unique combination of natural organic and essential oils. The oils are distilled from plants from all over the globe. Each oil comes from a different plant and promote the regeneration of new cells. Lavender can be a smell that you either like or you don't. If it's a fake lavender, I can tell, and I don't like it. This is truly the smell of Lavender and I can't get enough.
