I am "officially" on day two of P90X. My husband and I cranked out the Plyometrics DVD. Can you say "ouch" and "I can't keep going". But then all of a sudden, your done. Breathing heavily but so worth it. I will share my progress on this as well. Its a great program. If you can afford it (it's cheaper than a gym) it's a must have.
