The post on Aspartame was awesome! Thanks so much for getting the word out on this horrible product... I used to be addicted to diet coke and had horrible withdraws when I stopped "using" it. ~ Now you should post an article on High Fructose Corn Syrup... just as bad for your body and highly fattening... scariest part... it's in almost everything we eat.
